LCE Solutions provides automated cloud computing cost‑reduction consultancy via integration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our Service may:

Identify idle or underutilised cloud resources,
Provide recommendations for resizing or removing resources,
Generate cost‑saving insights and reports.
We do not modify or terminate resources automatically unless explicitly authorised by you.

 
4. AWS and Third‑Party Integrations
Our Services connect with your AWS account via secure means that you authorise. You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining AWS security credentials,
Ensuring compliance with AWS service terms,
Any actions performed within your AWS account.
We are not liable for AWS outages, AWS billing, or any third‑party service failures.

 
5. Stripe Compliance and Payments
Payment processing for our Services is provided by Stripe. By using our Services, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable Stripe Terms of Service, Stripe Privacy Policy, and Stripe Connected Account Agreements,
Authorise Stripe to process payments on your behalf,
Provide accurate billing and payment information.
You acknowledge that:

Stripe is a third‑party service provider,
We do not store full payment card details,
Stripe may use and store your payment data according to its own policies.
Failure to comply with Stripe’s terms may result in payment failure, account suspension, or termination.

 
6. Fees and Billing
Fees are displayed on our website or within the application.
All fees are billed in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
Fees may be recurring depending on your subscription plan.
Taxes may apply.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until cancelled.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

 
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Misuse or attempt to interfere with the Services,
Access AWS accounts or data you do not own or have rights to,
Reverse‑engineer, copy, or resell the Services,
Use the Services for unlawful activities.
You are solely responsible for:

Your AWS configuration,
Any operational or financial impact resulting from applying our recommendations,
Maintaining secure credentials.
 
8. Data and Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your AWS usage data and account details. By using our Services, you grant us a limited licence to process data strictly for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not share your data with third parties except:

Stripe for payments,
AWS for integration,
Service providers essential for running the application.
 
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance, updates, or external service outages (including AWS or Stripe) may result in temporary interruptions.

 
10. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials relating to the Services remain the property of LCE Solutions. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify our materials without written permission.

 
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Breach these Terms,
Fail to pay fees,
Violate Stripe terms,
Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
You may cancel at any time; however, paid fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Services ends immediately.

 
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial savings or AWS cost reductions.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on recommendations, nor operational or financial consequences in your AWS environment.

 
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
 
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LCE Solutions harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from:

Your use of the Services,
Your AWS account activities,
Your breach of these Terms.
 
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
